Sweet surprises often come in 9 x 12 white envelopes. This afternoon I received in the mail such an envelope containing the August/September issue of Country Woman magazine. This is a magazine published under the umbrella of the prestigious Taste of Home publishing company.
In an article written by Larry Bleiberg entitled, “TREASURE HUNT Spice up your home with vintage finds and country antiques from the nation’s best flea markets,” our show, Downtown Oronoco Gold Rush Days was number 2 in the 6 events selected from across America.
Congratulations to our community are in order! Thanks to all the volunteers who work so tirelessly throughout the year to make this such a great show which is recognized not just throughout the Midwest, but throughout America!
