A convenient 20 minute drive to Mayo Hospital and Rochester, MN, this home sits next to a 600+ acre county park with miles of trails, a river, and a unique native zoo. The house sits on a rise in a lovely river valley surrounded by hills with great views. I love the privacy and peaceful, relaxed atmosphere. The space is a Split level home; not wheelchair accessible.
In the home a guest has access to the Deck, kitchen, upstairs living room, upstairs bathroom and bedrooms, trails in woods, supervised barn visits to see the goats. On the property you are welcome to meander/hike wooded trails in our backyard…over 2 miles worth that have small springs and beautiful hilltop views.
